We keep an up-to-date list of preferred lender who specialize in first-time home buyers, purchasing during a divorce, local grant programs, through loans for high-net worth individuals.  We will connect you with lenders who fit you unique needs AND personality.

Preparing a home for sale is the most important step of the listing process.  Navigating quotes and repairs during inspection negotiations is a critical part of the purchase transaction.  Our vetted list of inspectors and contrators make managing these processes quicker and less stressful.
